*Sabino Canyon Shuttle Tours occur every hour during the park’s opening times. The tours are led by the the Sabino Canyon Recreational Area. We do not participate in the tour, we only provide payment for you to experience the tour prior to retreat check-in. Occasionally, the park may need to close due to unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, the Retreat price is the same regardless of the Sabino Canyon eco-tour. Guests may choose to omit the Sabino Canyon Eco-Tour with prior notice. In addition, the water levels are occasionally non-existent in the various waterfalls and waterways throughout the mountain. Shuttle tours are led by the Sabino Canyon Recreational Park. Earth Harmony Wellness Institute offers 1 day retreats for small groups or individuals, women only. Our private retreat is a southwestern adobe style modern villa, located in the Catalina Foothills area of Tucson, AZ, in close proximity to Sabino Canyon, which features an abundance of nature activities, including daily emission-free electric shuttle tours throughout the Sabino Canyon mountains, waterfalls, waterways and hiking trails. Our freshly made organic raw vegan meals, snacks, drinks, and herbal teas are provided daily at the villa by our ANSI National Accreditation Board Accredited ServSafe Food Handlers and certified raw vegan food personal chefs, as necessary. Salt Room Therapy, yoga and qigong classes by our trained certified specialists will also be provided.

The retreat attendants are graduates of our courses, and they are available on-site at the villa to facilitate the retreat throughout the duration of your stay. For security and privacy purposes, the exact address will be provided 24 hours prior to retreat stay. Retreat guests will be locally picked up by a third party transportation service and driven to and from the villa and the Sabino Canyon Recreational area, unless attendees choose to walk a few blocks to the recreational area.

Retreat Schedule:

9:00 AM: Sabino Canyon 1 Hour Scheduled Shuttle Tour. *Not mandatory, but is included is costs. Tour availability depends on weather and the park’s tour schedule. Must arrive to the park at least 15 minutes prior.
Retreat Check-in Time: 10:30-11:00 PM
11:30 AM: Organic Raw Vegan Breakfast. *May be customized upon previous notice
12:30 PM: Himalayan Salt Room Therapy
2:00 PM: Yoga & Meditation class. *Located inside lounge area, or salt room, or the outside patio based on weather conditions and preference.
3:00 PM: Organic Raw Vegan Lunch. *May be customized upon previous notice
4:00 PM: Himalayan Salt Room Therapy
5:00 PM: Qigong class. *Located inside or the outside patio based on weather conditions
6:00 PM: Organic Raw Vegan Dinner. *May be customized upon previous notice
7:00 PM: Check out
Fresh organic fruit, snacks, smoothies, juices, herbal tea and pure water will be available throughout the duration of your visit to the villa. Attendees have access to the community swimming pool, when available. Attendees may also choose to walk a few blocks to visit the Sabino Canyon Recreational area for the scheduled morning eco-tour, and/or between meals and class times.

*Kitchen use is unavailable for attendees, and is only available for our designated private raw vegan food preparers. Pool use is conditionally available and not guaranteed.
