Disclaimer & Waiver: For security purposes, guest’s identity will be confirmed during booking through electronic submission of a valid government issued identification that includes a photo of the guest. ID will be reconfirmed when guest arrives to the retreat. All retreat guests agree that they are over 18 years of age, female, and requesting retreats for themselves, and their identity has not been falsified. If falsification is detected, retreat guest will be banned from the retreat with no refund issued. Interior and exterior security cameras, monitors and alarm systems will be continuous active throughout the retreat. This agreement is for an individual or small group private retreats only, which includes wellness services, events, and classes. NO accommodations, overnight accommodations, rooms, facilities or rentals are included in the 1 day retreats. Amenity use is not guaranteed. Retreat guests must not video, film and/or take photos of any parts of the retreat during the retreat. Each retreat guest is 100% responsible and 100% financially responsible for any loss, penalties, fees, or other financial consequences from booking our retreat, during the retreat, after the retreat, or from the cancellation of the retreat. It is agreed that our retreats, courses, classes, products, workshops, and services offered by Earth Harmony and its affiliates, are not intended to treat, cure, diagnose, prescribe, heal, rehabilitate, legally or medically counsel. We are not responsible for any effects as a result of the classes, services, courses, products, workshops, and information provided. The retreats, classes, services, courses, products, workshops, and information is provided as an educational reference. If you are in need of medical, psychological, or psychiatric care, please contact your licensed medical provider. We reserve the right, at any time, to alter or omit our retreats, courses and content. You agree that you will not copy, sale, or reproduce our retreat content, classes, courses, workshops, or content. If any safety or security issues are detected, retreat guest will be demanded to immediately leave. No refunds will be provided. You hereby fully indemnify, waive and release Earth Harmony, Earth Harmony Wellness Institute, and any of its owners, members, directors, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, agents, executors, administrators, successors, property owners, property lessees, family members and assigns from any losses, claims, damages, actions, causes of action, injury, death, lawsuits, costs and expenses that you may sustain, incur or suffer at any time, either prior, during or after the retreat, which are based upon, arise out of or occur, directly or indirectly, by reason of any act or omission by you in the participation of our retreat.
